Fundraising Committee

The Fundraising Committee shall be responsible for the fundraising activities of the Club and shall supervise and co-ordinate the work of any committees that may be appointed on particular phases of fundraising..

Specifically The Fundraising Committee has the following objectives:

  1. Continue to organise and run the very successful annual Yacht Regatta
  2. Continue to organise and run the annual Golf Tournament
  3. Consider running a Trots evening at Alexandra Park
  4. Encourage Committees to organise smaller fund raising events such as Theatre evenings, raffles, selling Entertainment books, and Marshalling at sporting events etc.
  5. Encourage all members to support and participate in these events
  6. Explore the possibilities of introducing a new fundraising venture
