Publicity and Promotion

Publicity and Promotion shall be responsible all activities related to the publicty and promotion of the Club

Specifically Publicity and Promotion has the following objectives:

  1. Seek to publicise Club activities regularly in the local media, and on our website
  2. Seek professional P.R. advice and assistance from District and Consultants as required
  3. Seek to establish a good working relationship with the local media
  4. Encourage Directors to produce interesting reports on activities for publication
  5. Provide reports on highlights of the Club activities for publication in RDU and the DG's Newsletter
  6. Encourage members to display Rotary information in their businesses
  7. Encourage members to wear their Rotary pin at all times
  8. Distribute copies of RDU and The Rotarian in Libraries and local Service Organisations.
  9. Ensure that Displays on R. I. and Club Activities are shown at each event.
  10. Organise Rotary Badging for Vehicles at each event.
  11. Provide "Bumper Stickers" for all Members & Families
  12. Review the "New Member Pack" and include a "T" Shirt.
  13. Review and re-publish the "Club Brag Sheet"
